Darrell Hale, Founder of Virtual Properties has worked in commercial real estate for over twenty years. Specializing in office and retail product with a great amount of experience in the representation of both Landlords and Tenants.

Darrell is a member of The Circle City Rotary Club of Corona, Chamber of Commerce and the Corona Downtown Advisory Committee.

Prior to his association with the commercial real estate business, Darrell was in the field of mortgage banking. He has extensive experience in all phases of development from land acquisition to the sale of the finished product. Darrell’s business activity takes him throughout the Inland Empire and has leased and sold hundreds of thousands of square feet to an impressive list of quality and diverse tenant types which includes, but is not limited to:
